3. Sponsorship & Payments

By purchasing a sponsorship or promotional package, you agree to pay all applicable fees based on the selected plan. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Rebooster Marketplace and its affiliates are not responsible for business outcomes, customer interactions, losses, or third-party actions resulting from use of the platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these terms or misuse the platform, with or without prior notice.
